About us Broch Adler Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG Solingen
The start of our company goes back to 1903 when the „Adlerwerke“ were founded as a manufacturer of machine components. Independently the „Hellmuth Broch“ forging company was established in 1928 as a producer of knife blades for the famous Solingen cutlery industry.
After entirely changing the product range to automotive applications and machine components during the seventies the two former independent firms merged in 1984 at today's site. Due to the very positive outcome and the following business upturn the company consequently expanded during the nineties and after the millenium.

Today we generate about 90% of our annual sales with medium and high volume series in the automotive industry. The remaining shares are split among machine, fitting and aerospace industry, agriculture and other applications.
